Hi everyone! This month the Eileen Hull Inspiration Team has a blog hop together with DCWV and the team was able to use some beautiful papers from DCWV.

I have two projects for you this week!

I have choosen to use the Canister Die for my first project.

First I gathered my supplies

Added EASY-CUT ADHESIVE to both sides of my Little Sizzles Mat Board
Added my paper on each side of Mat Board

Die cut using my BIG Kick
Adhered the Canister together using Beacon 3-in-1 Adhesive

Added a little snowman and tree to the top and a Happy Holiday cut out to the front.
Just add a treat inside and it make for a nice hostess gift!

For my next project I used Eileen Hull BIGZ Die 661111 Leaves and also her Flower & Leaf Stitch Thinlits

First I traced the trees onto the backside of the DCWV paper

Adhered the paper to the wooden trees

Using the Thinlits die I cut flowers out and using the Leaves die I cut out just one of the leaves.

I adhered the leaf from the Leaves die onto the smallest tree. I used the leaf upside down, except for the first one on top.

I kept adding leaves till I covered the whole tree.

On the tallest tree I added a Happy Holiday garland and one of the Thinlets layered flowers with a gem. For the middle tree I just left it with the paper.

I adore how these turned out!

Make sure you check out all the design teams project for the whole month! You will be so glad you did!

Thanks for stopping by and I would love to know what you think!

DIY Christmas Decorations With Makin's Clay®

Oh my goodness it has been hectic in my world!

I have been away from my crafting and it was because my husband and I made a HUGE move!
We moved from Colorado back to Minnesota where our children live and I am so grateful to be HOME!

So now back to crafts and fun!

How would you like to make some beautiful decorations for hanging on the tree or wrapping on gifts. You could also use these as part of a Hostess gift!

Let's get started.
You will need:
Makin's Clay®-I used Natural...but you could use colored and skip the painting
Makin's Cutters Bulbs
Glue
Glass Glitter
Paint
1. Gather all materials
2. Roll Makin's Clay out to about a 1/4" thick and cut with bulb cutters (or any shape)
3. Use a toothpick to make a hole in bulbs and let dry overnight

 4. Paint or skip this step if you used color clay

5. Use watered down white glue and apply glue to bulb and sprinkle or dip into glitter glass

 6. Add a string of choice

 Add to your gift packages

Or onto your Christmas tree!

These are so beautiful shimmering in the light!

You will love them!
Super easy and fun!

If you would like to see what else I made with the bulb cutters, I would love for you to visit HERE!
I think you will be AMAZED!

Hope you enjoyed this fun and simple project.
